OVERVIEW

Oregon Vineyard Property is pleased to present the Flanerie Vineyard, located within the Ribbon Ridge AVA. Ribbon Ridge is Oregon’s smallest AVA and one of the most esteemed, known for netting the highest average wine scores of any AVA in the state. The vineyard produces ultra-premium fruit, of which the Pinot Noir has been sold for $4,500 per ton in prior years.

The barn built to standard above and beyond the standard pole building. It is currently uninsulated and used for storage purposes but holds the potential for winery / tasting room conversion with further development.

“Facing due east, these vines are nourished by morning sun, but also shielded from afternoon rays. The sedimentary Willakenzie soil and glacial erratic stones that hail from Montana are the fortunate result of the Missoula Floods over 15,000 years ago. Sitting at 240′-375′. the warmer microclimate paired with this soil create a spicy dark red fruit character for savory wines that are bold like a steady bass note.” – Flâneur Wines

Wine Spectator review of 2019 Flâneur Flanerie Vineyard Pinot Noir:
92 points, “Sleek and vibrantly structured, with snappy cherry and guava flavors that take on orange peel and green tea notes toward zesty tannins. Drink now through 2030” -Tim Fish
